Put as many details as possible in your first ticket so we can help quickly.
  • Include the specific issue in the title/subject of your ticket: using the word "Issue" as a subject line will not help us quickly resolve the problem. Specifically call out "Cornerstone is blank" or "Getting an error 2025 when launching."
  • When did this issue happen (include your time zone) or start happening?
  • If the issue is with a specific item, what specific item is involved?
  • On PC/Xbox One/PS4?
  • In what region?

The support team will investigate and respond to you directly via that ticket.
