    Lost items after yesterday's maintenance?

    I seem to have lost all items I collected between the server coming back up after maintenance and the unscheduled maintenance that occurred yesterday. Is it possible to get those items back? I am mostly concerned with the Nimbus Mount as it is a rare drop.

    It was a roll back, contact Trion support and see if they can help you.

    how do we contact Trion support exactly?
    i tried PMing a couple devas but no response yet...
    do we need to put in a tech support ticket?... or is there an actual customer support link or email?

    Thank you. I spoke with them and they stated that anything gained before the roll back that was not a purchased from the store would not be restored. Hopefully this will help anyone else with this same question.

    The thing is about a rollback is if you contact support and they fix it, they might undo everything you do from now until they get to your ticket just to fix that situation. Its a mess.
    I quit this game.
