Trove Marketplace (get your economy information here!)

Found this the other day and was surprised more people don't know about it... posting it here in hopes of a sticky.

Appreciation to it's maker and maintainer, Tathar!

I use Tathar's price guides everyday since he updates them daily and always responds to feedback. No price guide is perfectly accurate but Tathar's is the closest I've seen for Trove. This link will be updated with the newest guide each patch: http://pg.reddit.com/r/TroveMarketplace

first and foremost... the price revolves around SUPPLY AND DEMAND, this only gives u a rough rough rough look of it. don't take it for "written in stone"

secondly, the price is wat u can find a buyer or seller wants to buy or sell for! not wat someone else WRITES SOMEWHERE.

here is wat i found, these prices need adjustments...

    prisms r 150-250
    pearls r solid 450-500
eyes 4-6 fluxs (mostly see 5s, n e one who buys for 7, u best sell it!)
    tents r 70-85 (mostly 75)

shapes 2/3 (moderate u find 3s now rare, it's getting DEMANDED, very surprised it's not 1:1)

The price guide is not law but it's there so that new people don't get fooled into selling their prisms for 150 or buying shapestone for 1:1. This is why I prefer a guide that is updated daily and rewritten after each patch by a creator that accepts user input. A completely community-run guide would be a mess. It's not perfect but it's as close as we'll get until Trove gets more official trading support.

Thanks for the reviews! I'm glad to have made something useful.

Also, DDosBoss, I'm going to go over those changes you requested today and include them in the guide. I've noticed some subtle changes to those prices myself, but I wasn't quite ready to change the spreads.

EDIT: The price guide has been updated.

This is an incredible piece of information for anyone looking to use these forums.

Here's a bump and the newest version that Tathar has posted http://www.reddit.com/r/TroveMarketp...014_candybarb/

With all developments that happened after November 2014, we need more control over trading options. I've recently added Trove Marketplace to my blog. Check it out, works much better than trading chat
