    So Account Reset is a thing in Trove?

    I know that there's a similar threads discussing old accounts getting reset, and I'm one of them. That is why I posting this thread to voice out my current situation.

    I was an old player of Trove dated back 2016-2017ish, and I have most of the classes and even have a stellar weapon in my main class Neon Ninja. But when I was about to come back to the game, I was greeted with a message box "What would you like to be called?", at first I thought "Did I login a wrong account?", so I double check everything if it's a different account but no it wasn't, and that's when I found that everything got reset, and now all of my progress is gone. RIP for my efforts of grinding/farming.

    I also already send a support concerning this problem, I hope that they can help resolve this issue.

    Yes, support should help but have in mind that this can take a while before they restore your account.

    I heard/read on other similar threads, that it can take up to weeks. Welp I can only hope a magical quick response then.

    I stopped playing at the end of 2018 and started it back up about a week ago and my account was aslo reset.
    I made a support ticket and got a response within 2 days saying they're working on it, but that they don't have an ETA.

    It sucks, but I'm glad it's reversible.
