Keep getting kicked out of trove and lag

Context:
I logged in on Xbox and it would keep saying I can’t connect
and it wouldn’t let me in then I clicked quit and when I finally let me in after resetting
it would lag and teleport me to places a few blocks away in the map and it didn’t let me attack for a while.
Then it would kick me off the game saying lost connection and I checked my WiFi it was fine
Expected: I expected to play Normally but this happened
Observed: I clicked quit a few times and I don’t usually log off i sometimes leave my game going till it kicks me off.
Repro Steps:
Click play
Walk around
teleports me
Then kicks me off

Same even after updates, and reinstall.
