This is just a general question so i'm keeping this short. As everyone probably already knows, the trove in-game MP went crazy before the holiday's started and everyone who went on purchasing items from the MP wasn't receiving anything. I know there is a forum post from one of the Community Managers talking about it and saying to put your response down below so a Support Team Member could get in contact with you...

However, I have already done this and it has been 20 days since I submitted my support ticket and I still have yet to get any form of response from them... Just wanted to put this here to ask if anyone else has been getting responses from them or not...
