    I use Steam wallet bought Geodian Super Pack and 3900Credit
    But my steam wallet shows that the fee has been charged, I have not received any items.

    I bought the pack of 3.900 credits (first purchase bonus with 2 Radiant Sovereign) at the price of 20 euros paid with my steam wallet but I had none of the items purchased

    I bought the pack of 900 credits (first purchase bonus) for 5 USD the and it took my money and it recognized I made a purchase and removed the first purchase benefits but I received no credits.

    We have implemented a hot fix and new purchases should now function properly. If you have not received your purchases still, please put in a support ticket to get it resolved.
