LunarLancer craft problem

I have a problem. I crafted a LunarLancer and when i want to select it from J menu it's still saying it's trial. What can i do? I crafted 2 times cuz the first time my client bugged out and disconected me and after that i crafted 1 more time and still nothing happened. a German friend had this some hours ago with Ice Sarge. he crafted it for the monday K > content, PC, glyph, EU-server. his Ice Sarge is now lvl 6 and stoped leveling, still saying it is trial. He sent a ticket.

No, I did not encounter this problem, but I'm having my own server issue that I have to wait for it to be resolved so I can play Trove.
