Rally of Heroes bug

Since a few days ago I have the problem that I cannot spawn two of the five NPCs of the Rally of Heroes fixture.
First it was only one where this happened, now it is two. At least one VP has also tried it with no luck. This is in my own club where I am president so it cannot be a permissions issue since president cannot have any permissions disabled.
Now it is not even possible to remove the fixture and create it again.

I tried removing and adding rally of heroes with no luck. I simply get the error message that I can only remove it if there are no more heroes present. In my case there are none.

If needed, I can send screenshots or you can look at the situation yourself. I just had no luck getting the screenshots to show in this thread.
Multiple clubs are most likely affected by this issue.

I've been trying to spawn all of my NPC's and 3 of them wont spawn. It has been this way for 7 days. Also, when I try to remove the fixture I am not able to.

Hey there, you need to send your club names to our Customer Support team. They're currently still hampered by the aftermath of the migration and that they will get on it as soon as tools are back

Thank you. Individual club names to support is a short term solution because I am sure that there would be more clubs having this problem. This also keeps support even more busy.
The long term solution is to find the source and fix this.
