    Update: changing my password worked....temporarily. Today I am getting the error again.

    Getting an authentication code in my email, but the glyph client isn't asking for a code.

    Another update! Don't know how but I got the website to ask me for the code. Was able to log into the client.

    Update: Sadly, I have been sent yet another activation code.

    Thumbs up same issue

    day 5 and still no support docket or other form of response, wondering if i should uninstall this is dumb.... i joined on a few times over the years to try the different classes, so far every time i have tried in the past month it has always had a "we will be down for unexplained maintenance reasons". if this is what you invest money into buying a game for, just to be openly breaking and consistently disabling the game due to what can only be asssumed a rather inept operation from start to end. make a document, highlight the actual, REAL WORLD importance of what you are doing, with no input there is no trust gained from keeping your users in the dark, no trust=no$$$.



    just saying, fix it, damn quick!


    use your backup server platforms and keep your community up to date.

    Trying to link my Steam account through the Glyph Launcher (Steam version), but I've had little success trying to find out how to do so. I sent a ticket in, and they sent me here.
    I don't want to start over considering my original account had almost every class, but I guess I will if nothing happens.

    If any other information is required, I'd like an email from the company.

    We were supposed to get a care package for this, but we had to log in by or before Aug 28th. Seeing as how it's been impossible to log in for a week now due to this problem, and subsequent server relocation, is the date to collect the care package extended?
