When login and spawn in hub cant move or access menus!!!! Help please!

When I login and spawn in the hub world I cant move or open any menus. My control works on ever game it work in the xbox menus. I've restarted my xbox multiple times and no fix.
Same thing happens every time with an occasional server maintenance statement.
I just wanna play trove.
