    Great, need to use VPN to even play trove.

    On May 28 i tried to log into a account, i didnt remember the email so i tried a few that i though might be right. After awhile, i could'nt find the right email so i was just gonna log into main account again. But then i couldnt log in, glyph launcher was not responding etc, and i got the #2025 problem. Where appartenly your ip got blocked or what ever.

    Alright, well what was it to do then search for a fix? gardering update was up and running and all i wanted was to play so, i quickly searched. Sent a mail to Trove and hoped for an respons, but i never came. Not after a few hours, not after an day, not after 2 days. And well here i am now. To play trove i got to use an VPN, and this i found out worked after some research. Great so know ive lost alot of hours just beacuse gamigo cant have a proper support.

    And i know this is a common problem but man its ennoying, that the game i love cant have a working support...

    i would try deleting you glyph folder in C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local ... that will force trove to treat you as new install and force that folder to be recreated upon game start (this alone can clear certain errors). if that don't work you could try leaving your network modem unplugged for a few hours ( that may force your modem to assign different ip numbers but this don't work on all networks ). if that don't work then re-installing windows will generally force everyone to treat you like your on a new different pc ... i cant guarantee that will solve your issue but it should work. iv had ip block issue's from other games/apps and usually reinstalling windows gets you around ip blocks but it can be a lengthy annoying process if your clueless about reinstalling windows ... as a side note; there may be ip reset type commands you can enter in command prompt to kinda have the same effect as reinstalling but im not DOS friendly so i don't know what they are or if it would even work

    Hi Jerik02h

    Im sorry youre having those issues. I am confused though - what do you mean by "sent an email"? Our support his handled through tickets that are submitted through our Web Portal here.

    Can you both confirm you created a ticket here, and then PM send me the ticket number?

    It should be noted to that there was a holiday in Germany yesterday, so that may have delayed the response.
