Did not get the resources I bought from marketplace

Hey,

Today at around 11AM UTC +1, I bought 3 ancient scales from the marketplace that never made it to my inventory.
I checked everywhere and I still can't craft the fishing rod I want because I'm still sitting at 1/4, the last 3 I purchased never came. The flux got debited though.

I just got back to the game after a few years so I'm kinda low on flux, this is totally the kind of things that would make me quit again...
