    Support is non existent for this game

    It used to be that if you had an issue support would get back to you in a day or two. Now support seems to be non existent, I have tickets open from over 3 months ago that have never been acknowledged. This is a disappointing development and I hope it gets addressed soon.

    Hey there,

    Support is still there, but the department had to transition from the Trion team to the gamigo folks. With the mix of the transition, holidays, office moves, and more, the team is taking a while to get caught up.

    They will respond as soon as possible, so please hang in there.

    You have to appreciate the frustration of receiving this reply when you posted the ticket 15 minutes after the incident, but due to lack of support don't get assistance for over a month.
    "we are able to recover a gem in very rare case. This is indeed a case where we can not undertake any further actions, as we have no logs anymore of this issue. We have access to logs within a certain time period. This threshold has been reached in your case.
    Therefore we can not help you further from here on with this certain issue. We are very sorry for this inconvenience. If you have any other issues or questions not regarding this issue. Do not hesitate to contact us again."
