    How long does it takes a code to add an item to your collections?

    Hi, i redeemed a code for an ítem 5 hours ago and i still dont have the ítem in my collections, its weirds because somedays ago i used another code and it worked instantly, is this normal? (Also, sorry for my bad english)

    That is not normal. It has always been instant for me.

    I recommend you contact support.

    Strange, I had given a code to someone yesterday and they didn't get the stuff unlocked either despite it successfully being entered. I told them to contact support as well but they figured they would stick it out. Is there something wrong with the code redemption center or Glyph right now?

    We're looking in to this. The correct data is being applied, but for some players it's not unlocking correctly. We'll keep you guys updated.
