    Another ticket problem, im amazed with the help that they provided me!

    Hi,
    First of all I need to say that this is not hate speech. This is only a second way to find a solution because, I cant see what people are doing answering on the tickets. First , it takes a loooooong time, and second , they dont read, they just automatically answer.

    This is my answer to the answer of my problem " https://imgur.com/a/HuaX44n " and " https://imgur.com/a/GBFU4bx " . I talked about a trove and a ps4 trove problem, he/she talked with me about Rift and Defiance , steam ... ETC . I said if im missing something please explain me, and the answer was " https://imgur.com/a/UJeDFta " , after a looooot of days, no explaination.

    I lost time, still dont have my rewards from the coupons , and im still there waiting for a solution. My answer to the amazing answer from ticket team was this one --> https://imgur.com/a/rEff1f5 , so now what? I wait for another GM that cant read tickets with attention and answer?

    Again, this is not hate speech, it is just the sad reality, and maybe , showing this to the "Good GMs" that can do their work, solve this problems.

    * Dont start with hate speech, troll speech, sides speech ( from the trove team side or players side ), this is a problem and we need to recognize it, and solve it.

    Seems like they are trying to help you?
    They found a issue with the information you gave them and gave you that information.

    Where and what codes are you trying to use? Have you ever used that email for a account related to their products.
    have you linked your glyph and psn, all seem like normal question they should ask when the information on their end does not match yours.

    From there point of you your email has been used for something other then trove on ?pc? or steam? making the item you are talking about link to a pc account only?

    Not sure what you want them to do or what items you are missing on console really as you way of passing the info is not straight forward at all.
