    Store not working

    Called Xbox support to make sure it wasn’t my fault and got told I hit an in game limit how long until I can give you money again

    Can you give us more info on what was happening when you tried to make a purchase? It may help us figure out the cause. Just to be clear on this, the purchase of goods on each console is handled separately from our store systems so we can't generally directly make changes to resolve issues there. However, the more info we have the better we'll be able to determine how to help.
