Try to access the
support site to submit a ticket. If it works, explain the situation in the ticket so they can work with you. Try setting the language to English for screenshots as our support team will be able to figure out what's up more quickly that way.
If you can't access that site either be sure to email
support@trovegame.com from the email address you use to sign into Glyph (the Trion account). Make the subject line "Error 2025" since those may be the steps they need to try to resolve this.
