Market Daily Bonus from Travelling Club Merhant Fixture never resets

I collected the 300 clubits on the first day when i put it down, i havent been able to grab the clubits since, do you know if this is a bug or maybe im just reading tooltip wrong on the fixture

Demons of Valhalla was able to grab on day 1 but not since either.
Blood dragons is having same issue so must be not what we thought.

We thought it was a text issue or being done auto.

After the one patch we collected a 2nd time but that it for us too.
Trion your merchant owes us a lot of clubits.
Where do we send the bill?
