Thread: Stellar ring cost too high

    This sink needs to LAST. If it is any lower on launch, then the sink will be useless since everyone will get what they want on day 1 then it just gets saturated again through the insane stellar drops daily. After testing Level 5 odds are around 5%. Far too generous, we need 1%

    It's not too bad honestly, contrary to shadow 3 rings versus shadow 4 rings, the gap between stellar 3 4 and 5 is very small, unless you're cruising for class contests or a speedrunner, you don't need to push for stellar ring rings, and even then, testing on the PTS has generally proven that you can get a stellar 5 ring from 40-70 boxes. just one mere storage club packed with stellars, of which i'm sure everyone has dosins.

    Yeah the drop rate doesn't seem as bad as s4 rings today. I figured it was a safe assumption and didn't expect a soul fix for the next day. I wanted to get this out there to give it a chance to actually get looked at. Of course, just getting one stellar 5 ring means that it still has a 1/6 chance of being what you want.

    also could the rings decon into something like stellar ring frags similar to our emp gems frag.
    1stellar ring decon into 2frags and 10stellar ring frag into 1stellar soul the same way as emp gem.
    so we can have some recycle value back into crafting stellar rings rather than having a bunch of stellar rings with 2nd unwanted stats that hardly anybody wants and quite a waste to just decon for nothing much

    All rings are 5-star. Stellar Level 5 is something completely different.

    Shadow ring boxes can rarely contain radiant rings, and radiant ring boxes can rarely contain stellar rings, yes - but to get Stellar Level 5 rings at the top tier you still need stellar boxes.

    Well for the soul sink: why not implement a system that allows us to forge 2 (or 3, 4, 5) shadow lvl 1 souls to one shadow lvl2 and so on so that we craft a stellar soul out of the lower souls.....sooo much low souls and nothing to do with it.....

    same with the shadow keys / moon keys...2 shadow keys (100 frags) to 1 moon key (200 frags)...ok, 1 shadow key needs just 50 key fragments a moon key needs 200...i never understood why this is such a high number difference...but: then 2 moon keys (400 frags) to 1 eclipse key, so it would be roughly balanced...
