Anyone managed to pull any of the new fragments besides the shadow cache ones? None have dropped for myself or anyone in my clubs after farming various sources all day. I'm curious how low the drop rates actually are on these.

Seems to be extremely low. I've managed to get 7 from about 1700 shadow caches an that's it. Also expected to get some from harvesting, had over 5000 steed feed planted an got nothing but I see they changed it to just sun light bulbs to that was all a waste.
I've been mining for at least 4 hours today combining different Uber levels (5 and 9), mining shapestone, golden souls, infinium, formicite and primordial flame, switching between regular bombs, big bombs, and lazermancy and still found no egg fragments for mining. I'm beginning to wonder if they are even in the game at this rate.
Yea drop rates seems a bit too low or just too rng based.
If you make everything rng based, how you want to keep players with bad rng?
After i farmed for hours and i didnt get any fragment i just quit playing because its a frustating experience. Why not use a quest system that gets you the fragments. Something like kill a couple thousand enemies maybe a specific one for one fragment, it still would be long term but you would see progress, this way you may farm 4 hours and dont get any and tomorow you do the same and you just think yea the game hates me time to uninstall.
The flower dragons fragments dont come from harvesting our grown plants. Do sunflower dungeons.2
I completely agree that the drop rates are too low. I would much rather have interesting ways to get dragons that are released slowly, over time, rather than 7 dragons that are acquired in lazy, frustrating ways - I even came up with some ideas for them.
For Petallura, they could have the egg fragments come from a plant that only the highest tier of gardener can farm. The plant would be expensive to make and take at least a day to grow.
For Baesmuth, there could be a special building found underground that houses a unique crafting bench, which would allow you to craft egg fragments for high amounts of mining materials.
For Rachnaphon, there could be a quest which guided you towards collecting pieces of Rachnaphon's web, which you use to locate giant spider bosses which are guaranteed to drop egg fragments.
For Miraldis, there could be a quest in which you are given ancient, preserved egg fragments for him, and you must find a way to release the egg within and take the fragments.
For Crisopeia, there could be a quest where you must find the kamis of Neon City, and acquire egg fragments from them so that you can build the what was once the first kami.
For Wintegra, there could be specific dungeons in the permafrost, in which hidden chambers can be found, which contain single fragments of the egg.
Finally, for Indurion, there could be dungeons found in the everdark/pocket dimension, with egg fragments found at the end.
I know these probably seem like a stretch, and something that would take too much effort, but I would really appreciate having dragons that come out slowly but are fun to acquire. I personally think that the creators of the new amazing dragons deserve to have the knowledge that people will want to get their dragons and will enjoy doing it, they shouldn't have to know that people will turn away from getting their dragons simply because it's too frustrating.
the drop rate is too low, i spend like 5-6h on neon city killing everything and mining and get nothing..... this need to be increase!!
Don't forget that the creators get codes that they themselves can use and share with friends for new dragons and mounts...
EDIT: these seem to be on par with talismans which I've never had drop despite hundreds of hours of farming in this game. It's another broken mechanic.
