    Unhappy LS: Received user acknowledgement

    Started from this week,

    I will disconnect at 03:00AM(GMT+8) and able to connect at 18:00PM(GMT+8)

    During this 15hr, when I try to login, I will stuck at "LS: Received user acknowledgement"

    I have tried different method such uninstall Trove, using VPN or restarting the router

    Is there any method to solve this issue?Thanks

    after a couple minute

    after a couple minute, it said "Failed to connect to auth server "
