    [macOS] Unable to login to GLYPH (#2016)

    I am currently unable to login to the Glyph application on my mac. I receive the following error: "The login request was not valid. Please try again later. (Error #2016)". I am using the latest version of macOS Sierra (10.12.4). I have no firewall running. I have followed all of the steps found on this page: https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/e...ing-Error-2016

    I am able to successfully login through my Windows PC.

    Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks for the response! I tried all of the suggestions on that page, and I still have the same issue. I have opened a support ticket. Thank you again!

    Was there a resolution to this issue? I am having the exact same issue.
