    Angry Maximum frustratiotions!

    I purchased packs from the store that had items in them that either werent recieved or were recieved but are useless. I went on glyph to try and open a ticket but it won't allow me to. Everytime I click on the help tab it opens a new window and again tells me to sign in. It's a never ending cycle and it isn't really flattering when someone is already frustrated.

    Hey there, I'm sorry for the frustration. If you're having trouble submitting a ticket, you can simply send an email to support@trionworlds.com and this will create a ticket for you. Hope this helps!
