Time: Always.

Context: Using the Boomeranger's Boomerang ability with increased projectile velocity causes further problems in failing to properly detect projectile collision with the player and non-player entities than usual.

Expected: Projectile travels from player, collides with terrain or entity, returns to player, with no minimum range and with the usual maximum range.

Observed: Ability does not reduce cooldown and sometimes does not stun enemies. Possibly having to do with the projectile size or collision detection changing under different speeds?

Reproducing: Conditions occurred under include: In areas with several or more entities and/or players, empowered gem with the passive "Volatile Velocity" equipped, aiming at an entity(mob) or sometimes wall within a distance of less than 3 to 5 blocks away, even while stationary.
