    If you don't have characters on the PTS, then it would treat you as a new player and ask for a name and start you fresh. Which is what you described. Accessing the PTS is done from the drop-down on the top right of the Glyph launcher. It's also right below the log in and drop-down for switching between multiple accounts, so I do know that it can be accidentally miss-clicked as I do so myself from time to time.

    The issue has been resolved. Thanks to everyone who helped me out!

    P.S.: I checked PTS, was separate from recovered account. Like I was on the NA server.

    I do not remember when that was, but I do remember exploring Uber 6 a bit before going back to being inactive.
