you just need the light, he had 2 stellar pieces when he needs Crystal for the light, so he was not decked for U10 period

try to contact Customer support, I dont know if they fully transitionned that part of the old company, but submitting a ticket to them is your best option.

the base PR of your knight is 20K ? because the subclass does not count (check your knightsubclass PR) pretty sure you must be PR 20025 to be "true 20k subclass"

and that's the main problem, PTS isn't a FUN thing, it's a TEST thing to help improving upcoming content. too many "gimme PTS" PC users have to accept it…. and play legit :p
