I said this back in archage and all the other trion games you must either get new hamsters to power the servers or get new electric servers

I say they need take servers down a day or two get all this fixed and make sure its fixed and make sure game changes to 90%+ uptime

if this is the cause of a glitch or hack then for now remove the things being gliched and or hacked and if this does not work rollback serve just a little and try again later
