I have the same problem.

When I press E on the homeworld heart, all it does is give a low beep and nothing happens. The number of props doesn't change, and no matter how many times I spam E it doesn't give props.

Does...

I'd be interested in joining, and I normally come on in between UK and US peak times anyway so that won't bother me at all. This sounds exciting!
