F2P is a legitimate business model, it's not a hobby. They're making plenty of money at this point with how addicted people are to this game. The only way for them to get more money is to make the community happy and they know it. In time these down times will eventually be spread over months, instead of hours.

Yeah they make money out of it but only on people who are willing to pay... and thats a whole different story, because you dont have to pay :P

its been more than 2 hours and its still offline?

So many crying whiney babies on here. Do something else while you wait or learn more about the game through the forum or club recruitment pages. All these idiots posting how much the game servers suck etc etc probably don't even have a clue how any of it works outside of a wiki links page. People wanting compensation for lost patron time, do you want them to refund you back a few cents for the hour you lost waiting?

Your negativity isn't making the server load faster. Keep that sh!t to yourself and be patient.




well this was posted, a few cents huh when the game goes down for hours at a time a day? more then a few cents. I paided to play. hmmm cant play cause of the downtime. your dam right I want some of it back.

Unfortunately no, I have never encountered a game before that had a relative uptime of 70% of the time. This game has literally gone down more times in the few weeks I've played than any other online game I've played in history. Thousands upon thousands of hours played in so many other games where I wasn't in constant fear of getting dropped from the servers at a moments notice, especially without prior notification.

Events like these would differ greatly if they were scheduled, as most companies take it upon themselves to schedule downtimes or maintenance. These complaints are justified, especially for those who actually put any money into it expecting to play it.

"If you guys think this game is so bad and the dev's are that terrible then why do you still play? If you dont like it, quit playing and stop soaking up server queue spots for those who actually want to play. "

I wish there was a "downvote" button for the forum so i couldve made like 100 accounts just to downvote the heck out of your comment. If someone gets a service from someone, free or not, they have the right to expect it at its best.
And please people stop saying this is a F2P game so they have the right to have bad servers and make them crash every other second. No, just no. Being a f2p doesn't give a game ANY FAYKING right to be "bad" about something and everyone here have right to complain. However its true that complaining will not solve anything.
And lastly, these are not updates people stop saying "too much updates, maintenance". These are either server crashes or server shut-downs.

Although faster would be nicer, they are doing their Job by shutting down the game to fix it....and fix can be temporary, fix can be whatever, but at least they are showing effort which is a hellovalot more than most games, and it's a F2P game at that.

Maybe you should try developing a game by yourself. and this game has just been released, you cant except it to be perfect.

Technically it was only just released to be open, it had a closed beta which seemed to work fine. Their servers couldnt handle the thousands of people that came to play once it was put onto steam. They should have expected that so many people would since it was a minecraft-esque game for F2P on steam.
