For some reason when you try to portal to another world and it bugs out; You get kicked off and then when you try and reconnect you receive the "Failed to Connect to Server" error. This can be resolved by a friend performing /joinme <yourname> "/joinme Daell", while they see you logged on, as it will say you have logged on from a friend's perspective, before you get the message. The person with the error will then see the join world prompt. Hit "Yes", then you will receive the same "Failed to Connect to Server" error. Then log back in and you will be joined to that world you accepted the invite for.
Make sure you are not being invited to the same world, as the friend will receive that players is already on this world error.
