View Full Version : Exporting account from Live to PTS prevents PTS from loading

A friend and I exported our Live accounts using the /exportaccount command and we can't login to PTS now, getting the following message: "Temporary error loading character. Please restart Trove and try again"

After about 30-45 minutes I was able to log into the PTS after export. Give it some time as there are a lot of transfers going on.

This. It took me roughly 15-20 minutes to transfer my account over.

same here it will take sometime give it 10-15mins or longer and log back in again.

Of course. PTS is supposed to be a thing on the side and is shut down constantly, it wouldn't make sense to remove your live character if you want to use PTS.

Your live account will remain the same after exporting and will still be playable, only your PTS account will be changed.
