I bought the starter pack for Xbox and I received nothing in-game. THe money was sent out and it says I have installed it so I can't buy it again.

On Xbox is info , pack is instal budt nothing hapend.

Hey there. We're working to get these sent out ASAP. You'll absolutely receive anything you purchased. We're keeping an eye on this issue in or Known Bugs for Xbox One (http://forums.trovegame.com/showthread.php?113597). I'll post more info later today.

Never personally have had an issue getting anything from the store, so I dunno what would be causing it.

They are probably loaded with tickets and are trying to get everyone done as soon as possible. Took a couple days for them to get to mine a while back.

So not only does Trion Worlds not have any live support via phone or internet, we are only able to access help through a support ticket? Which takes apparently a week or longer to get to? When there is real money involved? This is a joke right? Or are you guys at Trion looking to just take peoples money in the hopes of in game items when really you give us nothing?

I thought that this might just be a problem with Defiance because it is an older game on the legacy consoles, but apparently Trion treats all of their customers with the same level of indifference. My son bought the starter pack on Tuesday and it still hasn't been applied to his account. I would have thought that they would want to put there best foot forward on the new platforms but evidently this isn't the case.
