Can you submit a ticket (https://support.trionworlds.com/hc/en-us/articles/204400287) for us and let us know in there which tickets you purchased and your PlayStation ID name? Once you've submitted the ticket update me here with your ticket number and we'll check it out.

I bought the Celestial Champion: Trove for Xbox One but never got it. I have restarted the game 5+ times and nothing. I've put in a support report for it but haven't heard anything yet.

I bought the Starter Pack from the store I paid through my MS account it downloaded something brought me back to the game its not given me anything in the starter pack and its still lets me buy it from the store again (im not going to), so my account for my xbox will not let me post on the forums as it now tells me i need to be mastery 2 and I'm past that already also the support ticket area just tells me my name is NULL NULL, I'm past being amused.

Sorry to hear you're running into trouble with this purchase. You won't need to by it again. We're investigating this issue now. When did you make the purchase? Was it just a few minutes ago or several hours?

Try restarting your console and login again to see if the purchase shows up.

Yea it has been awhile since I made my purchase of the starter pack..I hard reset logged in and out a few times still haven't gotten anything

For some reason you can download the 4.99 pack but it will not activate. PLEACE HELP

Same here. Bought it a few hours ago. I've tried restarting the XBox and restarting the game. Even tried again after hitting mastery 10 since that's when a lot of stuff opens up. The game shows zero sign of me having the pack even though I have it downloaded on my XBox. I have nothing to claim and zero credits.

I submitted a ticket, but you guys are gonna be really busy if you have to do these by hand...

Same here,

My gamertag is Kristouilllllle, and i too bought the starter pack at 5$ and didnt receive anything even after restarting my console.

Really hope this get fixed soon.

Also, what is the use of linking accounts? I played a while on PC and didnt receive anything.

We're working on making sure these delayed orders get pushed out to everyone as soon as possible. Once we get that sorted out everyone will receive their purchases. This is absolutely a top priority and I'll keep everyone posted on our progress.

Restart the game for us when you get a chance. Purchases are being delivered now. It may take a little time for the delivery system to catch up but it looks like they are going out as we speak. Restarting allows them to be delivered more quickly.

If they haven't arrived just yet, bear with us a bit longer. They are going out.

I made a $30 purchase for 3250 credit and 15 Titan treasure loot boxes and I have yet to receive anything for my purchase and the funds were deducted out of my account I want to contact support to see how we can resolve this issue

I have purchased these above mentioned packs and received the items on my main account but these items wont deliver to my other 2 accounts that my family uses. With any other purchase, since we use the same xbox, it allows all accounts on the xbox to use the packs purchased. I understand that purchases such as the Flux or Empowered Gem boxes do not carry between accounts, but these 3 packs appear in the "Ready to install" section under game management in the Xbox dashboard and therefore as long as they are installed my local accounts should also have them.


This is currently working properly for a few friends of mine with their families but I seem to be the only one to have encountered this issue. If I can provide any additional information to assist please let me know.

I bought 3250 Credits on the 19/07/2017 on the xbox one & never received them. I posted my problem on the Trion Worlds website but I've not had a response from them. Its been 5 days since I 1st posted but nothing. I hope somebody on here sees this so they can help me.

I spent 19.99 on the eclipse pack on xbox one and it charged me, i did not receive anything, i submitted a ticket to trion worlds but last time i tried to buy something this happened. cant they jut send me the things i bought if i send them a proof of purchase then go get the money from Microsoft? its better than the consumers getting ripped off.
